As my grandpa always used to say, "if it's not fresh, why eat it?" Great point, grandpa! Smooth Eats likes to think about how fresh we can make our products. So we do our best to source our food from local farms.
With that being said, the Palouse is a wasteland for about three months out of the year, which makes finding fresh and local crops hard.
Because of this, we often find ourselves sourcing from nearby states like northern California and different areas of Oregon.
However, between the months of March and October, everything we sell is fresh and local from your farms in Moscow and Pullman.
